Dr. Domenico Lepore

 is founder of Intelligent Management Inc. and co-founder of Invictus IM Corp, a consulting company specialised in the Decalogue Methodology. Lepore developed the Decalogue Methodology with Oded Cohen. He has been leading successful implementations with a wide range of organizations for over 15 years. In 1999 his work was published by Northriver Press as ‘Deming and Goldratt: The Decalogue’ by Lepore and Cohen. Dr. Angela Montgomery

Angela Montgomery is co-founder of Intelligent Management Inc. Her many years of experience in adult education, research and writing have allowed her to contribute meaningfully over the years to the development and promotion of the Decalogue knowledge base since its inception. She has a PhD in Literature and Science from the university of London, and has always had a keen interest in crossing boundaries conceptually.
Angela is the editor of Intelligent Management’s latest book, Sechel: Logic, Language and Tools to Manage Any Organization as a Network.

Dr. Giovanni Siepe  

  is a co-founder of Invictus IM Corp. He is a physics graduate with a research thesis on the General Theory of Relativity. Dr. Siepe has over twenty years experience in the management of Industry. His special area of interest in The Decalogue methodology is Statistical Process Control. He has worked extensively on simulations and has gained over the years a profound understanding of the management of variation for the successful running of operations: from replenishment to manufacturing to sales.

Prof. Sergio Pagano

 is Associate Professor of Experimental Physics at University of Salerno, Italy. His work with Intelligent Management has been in the understanding and modeling of human organizations. The understanding achieved of the organization as a complex system, where coherence, nonlinearity and intrinsic fluctuations coexist and strongly interact, represents a new model for systemic organizations. Dr. Francesco Siepe

  has a PhD in mathematics. He is currently developing new set of software tools for the implementation of the Decalogue to maximize the impact of any existing IS system.

Yulia Pakka MScBA has a degree in computer science and a MSc in Marketing. She has many years of experience in top industries as Marketing Director and is an expert on the External Constraint approach to Marketing and Sales.

Larry Dries BA JD

 is a co-founder of Invictus IM Corp. and has enjoyed a long career with professional services organizations. He has been active as a practicing lawyer, in-house counsel, as well as investment banker and mergers and acquisitions advisor. Dr. Dries has a special interest in the application of The Decalogue to service businesses in addition to the general implementation of the methodology to all business sectors. Additionally, he has a keen interest in the human constraint and how it affects business performance.
