A full and dedicated implementation of the Decalogue Methodology in an organization.
GOAL:
To transform an organization from an aglomerate of underperforming disparate parts into a robust, unified and coherent system, able to systematically build and implement breakthrough solutions for sustainable growth.
The steps we follow in an implementation project are grouped in four fundamental stages:
- ANALYSIS: Identifying the core problem of the organization, identifying the solution to the problem and drawing up a detailed, operational plan to put the solution into action;
- DEVELOPMENT OF THE SOLUTION AND STRATEGIC PLAN: Mapping out the organization as a system, identifying its goal and the economic and operational measurements for managing the system and measuring its performance;
- EXECUTION: Identifying the physical constraint of the system and applying the right algorithms to exploit the constraint and make it stable (in a statistical control sense). Subordinating the other parts of the system to the constraint.
- COACHING AND MENTORING Further training, continuous support and assessments of projects. Empowerment of the implementation team. Definition of measurements and feedback mechanisms. Ad hoc modifications of the organizational structure.
