Introduction to The Decalogue
For the last 15 years, organizations in Europe and North America have successfully adopted the Decalogue methodology to make a fundamental shift: from underperformance caused by an anachronistic management approach to total system optimization and unprecedented results.
How is this achieved? By increasing managers' ability to powerfully link three faculties of the mind:
• The ability to generate ideas (intuition) • The ability to analyze these ideas and examine their far-reaching, systemic implications (understanding) • The ability to formulate, and knowledgeably execute upon, a comprehensive plan of action, hence matching what we are able to learn with what we can realistically do with that learning in a given timeframe.
